Lee Westwood Still No. 1 as Bubba Watson climbs into Top 10

Lee Westwood keeps the #1 ranking for the second straight week with a win at the Ballantne's Championship. Westwood holds about a .7 point lead on the field.
Bubba Watson jumped from 16 to 10th with his win at the Zurich Cassic of New Orleans. Watson gives USA four in the top 10 with England having three and N. Ireland haveing two. Germany holds the other slot.
